Jim is the founder & owner of the Firm. Originally from southern New Jersey Jim moved to Brown County Ohio in 1995 & quickly fell in love with the farmers daughter. After 20+ years away they returned to southern Ohio in 2019.

James E. Schroeder
Attorney

Reginald is a former Atlantic City Prosecutor and Undersheriff of Atlantic County New Jersey. He currently resides in Hartsville where he is a Municipal Court Judge.

Michael comes to the firm after a long career at a successful personal injury firm in Cincinnati. He will be working out of the Hillsboro Office assisting personal clients and representing municipal government entities.

Laura has been with the firm for the past five years serving as the office manager and chief point of contact for clients and the Courts. It would be an understatement to call her the backbone of the operation.
